I can do anything I want.
        It's been so long since last December.

       I had a plan I called "Operation: Lion."  It was always a fantasy of mine to just pack some shit in my car and
just drive.  Go where I want, do what I want, completely free of all restrictions.  I decided to put it in effect in
February.  By this point, I was supposed to be on the road towards points south. As I made preparations, I killed
time by finalizing my first album, and getting back into playing a couple shows.  All of my attachments to the
Northern Virginia area were severed, and I didn't want to make new ones before I left.  

       I had discussed this with a couple people I genuinely trust, and after thinking about what I truly want, I
decided to put it off for a bit.  I still think of it all the time, but I also think about what happens when I get that out
of my system. Rebuilding from scratch doesn't sound very fun at all, although I have no doubt I could do it.

       Through a perfect storm of events, I've decided to go back to college.  I will not be updating this page
regularly (and this is why I haven't been lately).  If you'd like to be notified when I do, drop a line to john at
